Terms & Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed with Tree Presents either online or through any other forms of communication, and form part of the contract between us. Your use of our site indicates your acceptance of these terms and conditions so please read carefully and if required print for future reference.
Pricing Policy All prices stated on our web site are including VAT at the appropriate amount. In the event that any product is shown at an incorrect price due to incorrect information received from our suppliers, or a typographical error we will not process your order with out first contacting you to alert you to any change, and any change in price. You will then have the option to continue given all the information, only then with your permission will we proceed with the order. Prices quoted are subject to stock availability.
Order Process Our aim is to deliver all goods ordered within 7 working days of order confirmation. If however the product you have selected is not available at the time of ordering you will be informed. Payment for the order will be taken at the time of order conformation. A contract between us is not formed until we have processed the order and started the despatch process.
Products Product images are for illustation purposes only and product descriptions, while as accurate as possible, are for guidance only; for example leaves will not be on trees in the autumn and winter.
Delivery Deliveries are classed as an all day call between the hours of 9am - 6pm Monday - Saturday. If you cancel a delivery after the goods have left our warehouse you may be required to pay a cancellation charge.
Guarantee Every effort is made to supply plants in good condition and of reliable quality. We will not be held responsible for the condition of plants after acceptance of delivery. Neither will we be held responsible for the replacement of any of the plants which fail to grow due to unsuitable soil conditions, adverse weather conditions, lack of weeding or other causes beyond our control.
Cancellation Rights You have the right to cancel goods ordered within seven working days of the date of delivery.
These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
